  • Architected and deployed a 10-module internal dashboard using Builder, Factory, and Strategy design patterns, integrated with a CI/CD pipeline that reduced deployment time by 54% (11 min → 6 min)
  • Refactored the core CRM serving 100+ internal users across Tickets, Clients, Users, Leads, and Rentals — maintaining ~99% uptime while significantly improving UI/UX and boosting Lighthouse performance score from 72 → 91 (+26%)
